Hi everyone,

I’ve recently been exploring a unique online experience called Incredibox. At first glance, it looks like a simple rhythm game where you drag and drop audio loops to create music. But after playing it, I realized it’s a great tool for mental balance and creative flow.

What really impressed me was how the game quietly teaches harmony — each sound has to find its right place, just like every movement in Aikido has to be timed and energetic. There’s no pressure, no competition, just rhythm, intuition, and focus.

It got me wondering:

Could rhythm-based games like this help train awareness, similar to how we train presence in martial arts?

Have you ever found a digital activity that unexpectedly helps you focus or relax more deeply?

I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences — especially from those who practice meditation, Aikido, or creative arts.

Here’s the link to the free game: https://incredibox-game.io/home

Not an ad, just sharing a little exploration of how rhythm and mindfulness can connect unexpectedly.
